Terms of Service

By creating an account, placing an order, submitting an application, or using a JoySaves service, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown for a specific product, promotion or service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The JoySaves shopping app, JoySaves Seller, Agent tools and related services are operated by JoySaves Sdn Bhd. They connect customers, merchants and service partners across the JoySaves marketplace and local-lifestyle ecosystem.

You are responsible for activity under your account. To keep your account and other users safe:

• Provide accurate and current registration, delivery, business and identity details where requested.
• Keep passwords and verification codes private; do not share login credentials or let another person misuse your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use, and comply with age or legal-capacity requirements for a product or service.

Customers must review product, merchant, price, delivery and service information before confirming a transaction. Sellers, merchants and Agents must provide authentic business, identity, catalogue and payout information. You confirm that:

• Information, documents, listings, reviews and other content you submit are accurate, lawful and do not infringe another person's rights.
• You are authorised to place the transaction or act for the business or person you represent.
• False, misleading, unsafe or fraudulent activity may lead to content removal, transaction review, payout holds where legally permitted, or account suspension.
• JoySaves may request verification or additional information before or after approving an account, listing, order, payout or service.

You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unsafe activity; attack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape our systems; impersonate others; send spam; or submit content that infringes rights or harms other users.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer matters to authorities when reasonably needed to enforce these rules or protect users. You may report harmful content or conduct through the support and reporting controls provided in the service.

Prices, fees, delivery terms, cancellation or refund rules, commissions and promotion conditions shown at checkout or in an applicable agreement form part of the transaction. Additional terms may include:

• Seller, merchant, delivery, payout or category-specific agreements accepted for the relevant service.
• Rules and eligibility shown for vouchers, rewards, contests, prize campaigns or other promotions.
• Taxes, statutory deductions and rights or remedies that apply under Malaysian law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The JoySaves services, brands, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, display and process it only as needed to operate, promote and protect the JoySaves services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The services may occasionally be unavailable or contain third-party merchant content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time and will give reasonable notice of material changes. We may suspend or end a service or account where required for security, law, non-payment or a serious breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the in-app controls or JoySaves account-deletion page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes that can't be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Questions? Email support@joysaves.com.
