Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting an application, or using any JoySaves Seller service, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

JoySaves Seller is operated by JoySaves Sdn Bhd. The service is the gateway used by sellers and merchants to onboard with the JoySaves marketplace and local-lifestyle ecosystem.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. To keep things working smoothly:

• Provide accurate registration details (real email, business name, owner identity).
• Keep your password private; don't share login credentials.
• Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

When you apply as a seller or merchant, we collect business and identity documents (SSM certificate, IC, bank statement, etc.) for review and forwarding to JoySaves. You confirm that:

• All documents uploaded are authentic and belong to your business.
• You're authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.
• False, misleading or fraudulent submissions may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.
• JoySaves Seller and JoySaves may request additional documents or perform additional checks at any time before or after approval.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activity, to attack the platform, to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems, or to submit content that infringes third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, that pose a risk to other users, or that abuse the platform.

Once approved and active on JoySaves, your earnings, payout schedule and applicable commissions are governed by:

• The seller/merchant agreement you accept on completion of onboarding.
• Any category-specific terms (e.g., voucher partners, hotel partners, restaurants).
• Tax and statutory deductions required under Malaysian law.

JoySaves Seller and the JoySaves brands, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of the content and product information you upload, but grant us a licence to use it solely to operate the platform.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and our liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss is excluded. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to fees received from you in the preceding three months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes that can't be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Questions? Email support@joysaves.com.
